    1) Agreement to Terms

    By accessing our websites, completing an intake or funding request, or communicating with us by phone/SMS/email, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    Summary of Services

    JT Capital Advisors is a commercial and business-finance brokerage that helps clients evaluate and obtain financing (e.g., real estate loans, working-capital, equipment financing, lines of credit, SBA/agency options, revenue-based financing, and related products) through third-party lenders. We are not a bank or lender and do not make credit decisions. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice; consult your professional advisors for those matters.

    2) Engagement, Fees, and Payments

    • No Guarantee of Approval or Specific Terms: Financing is subject to lender underwriting, eligibility, and available programs at the time of review.
    • Brokerage & Third-Party Fees: Any broker fee, packaging fee, or third-party cost (e.g., appraisal, environmental, title, reports) will be disclosed in writing prior to your authorization.
    • Client Cooperation: You agree to provide accurate and complete information reasonably requested for underwriting and compliance.
    • Payment Processing: If applicable, payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers.
    • Non-Circumvention: Where permitted by law and agreed in writing, you agree not to circumvent JT Capital Advisors to close directly with a lender we introduced for a reasonable period outlined in your engagement documents.

    3) Client Responsibilities

    • Accuracy: You represent that all submitted information and documents are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
    • Authorization: You authorize us to share your application package with prospective lenders and service providers to evaluate financing options.
    • Compliance: You agree to comply with applicable laws and lender requirements, including Know-Your-Customer and anti-fraud rules.

    4) No Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

    JT Capital Advisors does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Communications with us are not privileged. Seek advice from your attorney, CPA, or qualified advisor.

    5) Text Messaging Program Terms

    We use SMS for scheduling, intake status, document requests, updates, and reminders. If you separately opt in, you may receive occasional promotional or educational texts.

    • Consent: You select transactional and marketing SMS independently via separate consent checkboxes. Consent is not a condition of services.

    • Frequency & Charges: Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.
    • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    • Privacy: We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited disclosure to messaging providers and carriers may occur only to deliver and operate the texting service.

    6) Intellectual Property

    Our websites, branding, content, processes, and materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

    7) Acceptable Use

    • Do not submit false or misleading information or use our services for unlawful purposes.
    • Do not interfere with or attempt to compromise our systems or providers.

    8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    9) Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold JT Capital Advisors, its owners, contractors, and employees harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of law or third-party rights.

    10) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

    11) Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on our website; continued use signifies acceptance.
