Hard money and bridge loans typically close in 2-4 weeks. Lines of credit and equipment financing can fund in as little as 2-3 business days. SBA loans generally take 30-90+ days due to government processing requirements.

What credit score do I need?

Requirements vary by program. Hard money loans are asset-based and may accept credit scores as low as 580. DSCR and bridge loans typically require 620+. Equipment financing and LOCs generally need 650+. SBA loans prefer 680+ credit.
